Reactive Attachment Disorder

All advocates and SEPT volunteers are encouraged to attend a presentation on reactive attachment disorder by former Kempe Institute employee and frequent expert witness Diane Baird, LCSW. The presentation will take place at the CASA building on March 20 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM and will cover attachment from 0 to 5 years, reactive attachment disorder, and visitation observation.
